At one point a convenience store, the interior of PJ Thai Cuisine has retained that no nonsense vibe, aiming their focus on serving up authentic Thai cuisine instead of ornamental interior design. Fans argue the food is fit for fine dining restaurants, but at counter service prices.
Visitors will find four types of curry, Bangkok and Orange Chicken, and the requisite Pad Thai, plus Pad See Ew and Spaghetti Kee Mao. If you’d like a little scenery with your Thai, snag one of their bistro tables for a view of the massive—and massively popular tourist stop—Colonial Cemetery. Or, just order as take-out or delivery and get your Thai fix anywhere.
Ask for PJ and tell him Mark sent you.
